Awesome Gratin

What can I say? I'm a little cheesy. Pardon the pun. This was seriously the best thing in the world to combat the sniffles. I have some serious kick-ass allergies that Allegra can't even combat. However, I did manage to make this wonderful potatoes Au Gratin. (Maybe these are really scalloped potatoes, but I prefer to call them Au Gratin.)

The recipe called for blue Cheese, but I haven't met a blue cheese that I've liked. Instead I substituted Grey ere. It seemed to do the trick. These were so tasty. I'll never have potatoes any other way. Well, maybe.
