Josh and I had a sort of indoor picnic yesterday. At least we had picnic food.
Although my roasted chicken did come out wonderfully, an unfortunate accident involving deleted photographs occurred.
So in the spirit of good fortunate, when Life Gives You Chicken, Make Chicken Salad.
I paired the Chicken Salad with a wonderful recipe for Coleslaw. They meshed perfectly with one another. I was rather pleased.

Creamy, Easy Coleslaw
1 small green cabbage, sliced thin
|1/2||bag red cabbage, sliced|
|1/4||cup apple cider vinegar|
|1||teaspoon Dijon mustard|
| ||ground pepper|
|1||teaspoon celery seeds|
- mix all dressing ingredients, add cabbage and stir.
- refrigerate 2-4 hours or up to 3 days.
