A total eclipse of the heart

Photobucket

Sometimes, I don't even take the time to look at the sky. Tonight, as I was taking the dogs out, a weird neighborhood man comes out of nowhere. Look up. There's an eclipse.

Yes, Indeed. A lunar eclipse. The little orange blob above is what happens when the earth comes between the sun and the moon.

I immediately called Josh whom had just come in from looking at the eclipse himself. We were looking at the eclipse at the same time.

Then I called my mom who was also taking snapshots of her own, only on a way better camera.

When searching for information about tonight's sky events, I stumbled upon a night sky star map. This is pretty cool. I can map the stars!

We were going to bundle Gryffin up to watch it but it got cold and we got lazy. Thanks for the picture!
